A large collection of low income housing in Neo Miami. Housing provided by the government, The Cluster is built to maximize the number of apartments, leading to a sprawling mass of housing that bridges out over roads and spreads wherever there is room. Despite the name, The Cluster is not one group of buildings, but rather a single building that stretches throughout entire sections of the city. In some places the building narrows down to a single row of apartments to fit between other structure before expanding back into a massive structure capable of housing hundreds of families. While plentiful and available for anyone, The Cluster represents the bare minimum of living standards, and while some will accept the free housing despite it low quality, most regard it as an awful place to live.
